On the anniversary of our twelfth year in 2024, we looked hard at the practice we had built, reflecting on the highs of growing and winning exciting clients and the lows of helping clients trade through multiple economic slumps.
During that reflection, everyone in the practice reflected that we missed the first five years of the training, when we serviced a smaller group of clients really well and with a personal touch.
So, we decided to get back to our roots and consciously limit the size of the practice to ensure that we not only placed guard rails on growth but consistently delivered excellent service to clients.
We believe that the optimal size is 120 limited company clients and 50 sole traders, and in 2024, we will take you through our journey in how our practice evolves to Moose 3.0.
